According to Chabad custom (Shulchan Aruch HaRav) haflagah onot are calculated by counting the onot beginning with the first onah immediately following the successful hefsek taharah, up to and including the onah upon which the next period begins.

Non-Chabad custom calculates the haflagah by counting the onot from onset of one period to the onset of the next period.

Therefore, all haflagah calculations done on My Mikvah Calendar will only be accurate for those who follow Chabad custom.

My Mikvah Calendar will not calculate haflagah correctly for those who follow non- Chabad custom in keeping their onot haveset.

There are other differences in the calculations as well that will affect your calendar.
